In 2004 Carroll & Company LLC was founded by the formal combination of knowledgable, committed and dedicated tax professionals. Using ethical business practices we provide a wide range of tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the manufacturing, import/wholesale distribution, media, E-commerce and service business sectors. We specialize in the outsourcing of complete or partial corporate tax department functions to reduce corporate operating expenses and maximize operating efficiencies.
Prior to 2004 the founding members of our firm provided over 20 years of individual tax consulting and compliance services to a diverse base of corporate clients.
